Operators That Chose Not to Apply

Several large international operators chose to geo-block Irish users rather than apply for a GRAI licence. These include Stake, Betfred, Kalshi and Polymarket. Irish players attempting to access these sites are now redirected or blocked.

What GRAI Licences Do Not Cover Yet
