What I Do Here

I edit every review and guide published on CraicBet. That means setting the testing methodology, checking the facts before anything goes live, and keeping published pages current — licence statuses, bonus terms and payout timings all change, and a guide that was right in spring can mislead you by autumn.

My background is eight years in gambling analytics: studying how casinos actually behave — real payout speeds, how bonus terms play out in practice, and what separates operators that pay without fuss from those that find reasons not to.

Editorial Principles

• Licences get verified, not assumed. Every licensing claim is checked against the issuing regulator’s own register. Our 2-minute check is the same process we use internally.
• No invented numbers. Where we cannot verify an RTP or a payout time, we say so instead of quoting one.
• The GRAI rollout, tracked daily. Ireland’s regulatory transition is the biggest story in this market — our register tracker logs it as it happens.
• Affiliate honesty. CraicBet earns commissions from partner links. That funds the site and never changes a verdict — a casino cannot buy a better review.
• 18+ and player safety first. Gambling should be entertainment. Every page carries responsible gambling information, and our responsible gambling guide is the page I most want people to read.
